Dog Park Rules & Regulations

• Watch your dog and keep them within your command at all times, keeping your dog’s leash with you.
• Dogs must be current on rabies, bordetella, and DHLPPC vaccinations for entry.  We recommend dogs be at least six months old for park entry.
• Dogs must be on leash when entering the park. When in the off-leash areas, they must be off-leash except in the case leashing is required to command and control your dog(s) to the exit. Leashes must be with you AT ALL TIMES.
• For safety and health of everyone, Each owner is responsible to clean up and dispose of all their dog’s waste.
• No item should ever be thrown over the fence
• For the safety and enjoyment of all, there can be no rough play tolerated in the park. Any play that offends or intimidates another.
• Member Visitors. Members can bring visitors to the park; however, all guests will go through the Dog Fun Park check-in procedure, including requiring completed application, proof of rabies and proper temperament. There will be an additional cost of 200Bath per guest dog.  
• Digging in the Park: Digging is Not Allowed anywhere in the park. For the safety of all, if your dog digs, you must repair area and notify our staff.
• Children: Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the park Children under age 14 must always be within direct adult supervision while on park property and are to never be further than 10 feet from adult. Children must follow all rules and not be allowed to destroy any property, including pulling on, standing on, leaning on any fence, park equipment, dog training equipment or any other assets of the Companion Club Dog Park.  Children are not permitted on any dog training equipment and are not allowed to run, scream, chase, play sports or pet another person’s dog.
• All dogs must be spayed or neutered.  No exceptions.
• Food. Nothing edible for dogs allowed in the playground. Human foods are permitted.
• If any aggressive behavior (i.e. growling, posturing, nipping, etc) is shown by your dog, you must immediately stop the behavior, which may include leaving the park, moving your dog to another area , giving your dog a time-out or whatever will effectively prevent this aggressive behavior from recurring.
• No Excessive Barking. While we understand that dogs do bark while they are playing please be courteous of our neighbors and not allow the dogs to bark consistently and obnoxiously.
• Dog fights. To avoid a dog fight, I agree that I can control and command my dog while in the park and I will keep watch on my dog(s) and be within command distance the entire time while in the park to insure it is not exhibiting aggressive or antagonistic behavior. I further agree I will do everything possible to remove my dog from situations uncomfortable to me, my dog, other dogs or their owners. “Please remember that you have to response for everything that your dog had performed”

Hotel Rules

Dog Fun Park sorry to strive to create the safest environment for your dog and other. And in do so our hotel requirements are strictest
• Health Check: we requires a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccinations for distemper, rabies, parvovirus and six month bordatella for at least 7 days prior to boarding. Titer protection may be substituted for the distemper and parvovirus vaccinations.
• Food: 
Owners must bring food for your dog to avoid changes in the dog’s diet. Individual meals must be packaged in zip-lock bags per length of stay. Edible treats are welcome. But no rawhides allowed. Alternatively, we provide F1 dog food or equally if you do not bring your.
• Belongings: 
Boarding provides beds, blankets, water and food bowls for our guests. Please refrain from bringing belongings from home. Stay is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
• Emergency If your dog becomes ill while you are away, we will contact you and your veterinarian immediately. In case of emergency during regular business hours, we will transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. After hours and on-weekends, as needed, we will transport your dog to a 24 hour Veterinary Emergency Center. All cost will be pay by dog owners
• Please inform us if your dog has not been spayed or neutered after 6 months of age.

We need the perfect window of time when your pet is transferred from your home to our facility. We hope you understand we are enforcing the rules to provide the safest environment possible for all pet here. “Thank you for you cooperation: It is greatly appreciated.”

Check-in time Mon–Sun 9am. – 6pm. Check-out time is before 12am. (Noon) after that an additional fee will be assessed.
High season reservations : 50% deposit for High season reservations. (High season period is Dec. – Jan and Apr. - May)
Cancellation Policy : Non refundable deposit during high season reservation.

Pool Rules

• Dog Fun Park requires all dogs swimming in the pool to have an up to date vaccination record. Please bring your vaccination record with you on your first visit.
• Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions such as gastric upsets, kennel cough, ear, eye or skin infections or who are otherwise unwell, will not be allowed to swim in the pool for the safety of all dogs visiting. We would appreciate 24 hour cancellation in such cases.
• Bitches in season will not be able to attend sessions until their season has finished.
• Swim for fun and fitness is on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to book a swim for fun session please ring for an appointment. We generally try to keep the limit to no more than 4 dogs at a time in the pool (although this depends on age, size, maturity, experience in pool).
• Dog Fun Park requests that your dog is not fed for at least 3 - 6 hours before swimming. It is advisable to wait for at least one hour after swimming before you feed your dog
• Please toilet your dog before entering the centre. If your dog droppings in the pool, you would pay 2,000Baht for your dog.
• Please keep your dog on a lead and under your control when not in the pool. No choke chains in the pool as these can be dangerous. Nylon or neoprene collars are best. Collars and leads are available, please ask.
• Towels are available for hire at a cost of B50.00.
• Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times. No children are allowed on the upper deck area.
• There is a good chance you may get splashed during your dog’s swim session – all part of the fun!
• Dog Fun Park’s Staffs will ask overly aggressive dogs and/or owners to either take a time-out or to leave the premises

Remember: You are totally and completely responsible for the care, conduct and actions of your dog in the area.
